- Insurable age 6-64 years old
- Maximum daily compensation of 5,000 Baht per day up to 1,250 days
- In the event of hospitalisation in ICU or sickness from 4 dread diseases (cancer, paralysis from stroke, coronary artery bypass, heart attack) daily benefits received will be doubled.
- In the event of major or complex surgeries, receive an additional 10 times the daily benefit amount.
- In the event of vital organ transplant, receive an additional maximum of 200 times the daily benefit amount.

The Company shall pay the daily benefit due to hospitalisation per the following:
- 1 time the daily benefit amount for in-patient admission (no less than 6 hours) for an actual total number of days hospitalized and at a maximum of 1,250 days per hospitalisation per claim.
- 2 times the daily benefit amount for ICU admission or hospitalisation due to 4 dread diseases (cancer, paralysis from stroke, coronary artery bypass, heart attack) and at a maximum of 365 days per claim. Total number of days hospitalised under 1 and 2 shall not exceed 1,250 days per claim.
- 10 times the daily benefit amount per one major or complex surgery (according to surgical schedule), maximum of 3 surgeries per year.
- 200 times the daily benefit amount for vital organ transplants i.e. heart, lung, liver, kidney and bone marrow.
