Calculation of premium rate for Group Insurance
As Group Insurance is an insurance for many individuals inclusive in one policy, under the principles of risks consideration of the those in the Corporate with an average rate of age, gender, professions or the sum assured, which are calculated into one insurance premium rate. The Company requires information for consideration of insurance premium and therefore, would like to propose as follows;
1. Corporate name, in both Thai and English
2. Type of Business
3. Location
4. Total number of employees, age and gender
5. Position titles, corporate hierarchy
6. Death statistic and Health insurance claim history (previously 2-3 years)
7. Benefits and protections from the present package
8. Budgets or required protections offer
9. Other conditions (if any)
